The work I propose to my clients involves both a short- and long-term presence: this is to allow everyone to assess the state of cooperation over the months, the results achieved, the different interventions in terms of business development. All of this is based on ongoing support and discussion of activities in a professional and comprehensive manner.

The choice of starting point for the project is vital, especially if we're talking about products that are linked to a seasonal pattern (it's not a big deal to say that purchases for this type of product are made well in advance of the sales season, so starting the development project at the right time is important for achieving results).

I have envisaged three different intervention scenarios in relation to the period to be dedicated to it, allowing targeted activities to be carried out.

The idea, of course, is to trigger cooperation to ensure effective feedback.
